What is Chiropractic?

Interferences within the Nervous System

Interferences within the nervous system may affect your body’s ability to function fully. Chiropractic is a method of adjustment, used to rebalance the body, so that it may help the nervous system to function more efficiently. By adjusting at certain points, chiropractic aims to stimulate the body’s own ability to heal, so that it may relieve pain and increase mobility

The McTimoney method of Chiropractic used at Innata, uses a whole body approach, and is well known for being a gentle and precise method of chiropractic, suitable for people of all ages. The McTimoney approach to chiropractic was developed by the late John McTimoney over 50 years ago and is taught only in the UK, at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon, near Oxford and in Manchester.
