On the 5 Oct 2021, I attended an amazing webinar run by the RCC (Royal College of Chiropractors). The course content looked at a variety of pre and post partum considerations in athletes. Bearing in mind that actually many rules applied to any pregnancy, and not just those in athletes.

The most important take home message, is that all recoveries will differ from person to person. Listen to your body, and take it one step at a time. When in doubt, speak to a professional and ask for help.
